Cristyn started her career as a Police officer but changed to accounting over 25 years ago whilst raising a young family. She is a Chartered Accountant and has a Graduate Diploma of Corporate Governance. Cristyn has worked as the CFO of a listed biotech company and numerous privately held global SMEs ranging from manufacturing to professional services. Working with small business and coming up with better ways to achieve outcomes keeps her passionate about work.
